One Hour Minimum
One Hour is the minimum charge on all plumbing works. The hourly rates mentioned here are excluded from VAT and material cost is in addition to these.

Fixed-Price Jobs
The fixed prices are given both verbally and written to our clients, while the VAT is extra here. The fixed-price does not apply to every plumbing trouble; it is subjected to the company’s internal policy.
Materials Supplied
For jobs where a large volume of supplies is required, such as the complete bathroom overhauling, we’ll charge you an additional 25% markup on the trade costing. Plus, the VAT is excluded.
Material Collection
We ensure that the collection time for non-stock is as low as possible, and the charge will be as agreed at the time of the job quotation.
An In detailed Invoice
We’ll provide you with a detailed invoice that will thoroughly describe the work done, right from the start time, competition time, labor cost to the material supplied.
Payment
The payment must be cleared promptly upon the completion of the work. You can pay via several safe & convenient payment methods.
